The Service

ColorlyBook, a brand of Talvenix LLC, creates personalized, illustrated children's storybooks from a photo you provide. You can preview a portion of the book for free before purchasing the complete, printed edition.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo you upload (or have that person's permission), to place an order.

Content You Provide

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that you are authorized to have it processed into an illustrated storybook as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photo you upload. Talvenix LLC owns the story templates, illustrations, software, and branding used to create your book. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to your finished, personalized book for your own family use.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and are processed securely through Stripe. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you pay.

Order Process & Previews

You can generate and review a free preview of part of your book before purchasing. The complete book, including all pages, is generated after your payment is confirmed.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload photos of children other than your own without proper authorization, or any illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is." AI-generated illustrations may vary in likeness accuracy from page to page and are not guaranteed to be a perfect match to the uploaded photo.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talvenix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
